The Circle Cinema is closing! It was the standard 8th grade hangout place—buy a ticket to a movie, watch the movie for a few minutes, leave, talk to whichever other teenagers were hanging around doing nothing outside, go to Pino’s across the street and get a slice, go to Store 24 and get some candy, wander back to the theater, talk to some more kids (an especially attractive option if they went to another school!), and then maybe, MAYBE, mosey back into the movie for the last 15 minutes. The people working there didn’t really seem to mind.
