So last night on The Hills the gals are helping out (the amazing) Kelly Cutrone put together the “Whitley Kros” fashion show during LA Fashion Week. Besides the fact that I had never heard of this designer, the camera managed to catch these two “stars” at the show: Kirstie Alley and Jason Lee. I did some googling and found on FabSugar that also in attendance were Bijou Phillips and Jenna Elfman.
Well would you look at that, it’s a big old Scientology party! In Dana Goodyear’s piece a few months ago in The New Yorker one of the things she points out, as I recall, is how Scientology serves as this kind of amazing network for people trying to “make it” in LA. So I’d be really, really, really surprised if the ladies behind Whitley Kros hadn’t jumped on the Thetan train.
