Tom Colicchio is a super cool guy. He’s not stuck up and will talk to everyone, and doesn’t complain about delays or having to wait outside in the heat. Gail is the same way. Padma… not quite. When a Japanese guy sat in her chair for a lighting check, she called him Morimoto and told him to get the hell out of her seat.
